Snow Angel Nannies is a reliable and professional mobile childcare service in the Southern Alps. Our area includes the famous snow sure resorts of Les Deux Alpes and Alpe d’Huez.

What experience and qualifications do Snow Angel Nannies have?
All Nannies have relevant childcare qualifications, are CRB checked and have valid first aid certificates.
We follow up references for all Snow Angel Nannies.
What age groups do you cater for?
We are happy to look after children and babies from three months upwards.
Where do I meet my Snow Angel Nanny?
The nanny will come to your resort accommodation. We will spend some time with you either on your day of arrival or on the first day of your booking to discuss the week and your child/children's needs.
What will my children do during the day?
Snow Angel Nannies have plenty of activities to keep your children busy, from snowman building to painting to cookery. We also recognise that children need some down time so our nannies will read to them or watch a film with them or help them with the occasional puzzle. We'll need your written permission for certain activities but this can be organised on the day of your arrival or the first day of your booking.
What do I need to provide for my children?
You will need to provide food for their lunches (which our nannies will be happy to prepare). Any snacks/drinks they may need during the day should also be provided, as well as a small sum of money for treats, such as hot chocolate, if you feel this is appropriate.
We are happy to bring your children to meet you on the mountain for lunch/hot chocolate, but for this they will require lift passes. Snow Angel Nannies have their own passes so you would need to provide for your children.
If your child is booked into ski school please ensure that they have skis, boots and a lift pass. Where you have given our nannies permission to take your children on outdoor activities, appropriate clothing and spare clothing is essential. Remember to provide them with warm gloves, hats and scarves in addition to snow suits and boots.
We have plenty of toys and arts and crafts materials but suggest that your child brings a few personal favourites with them!
Will we have the same Snow Angel Nanny all week?
Yes! We try and allocate you the same nanny all week. The only exceptions are when evening babysitting is required and in unforeseeable circumstances such as sickness.
Can my child learn to ski?
Yes, we encourage children of 4 years or over to attend the European ski school and will deliver and pick them up when required. We suggest group lessons, which are 6 days for beginners and 5 days for all others. However, if your child requires private tuition as well, we will also drop them off and collect them from these sessions. Will the nannies ski with my children?
No. Unfortunately the nannies are not qualified to teach or accompany the children on skis, but we will pick them up and drop them off to ski lessons when required. Alexandra, Snow Angel Nannies director is an instructor and can be booked through The European Ski and Snowboard School.
